Akash is an investor who joined Kitchen Fund from Blackstone’s Private Equity Group, where he evaluated prospective deals, managed multiple portfolio companies, and was a leading member of the investment team for the largest private equity corporate partnership in history.

Akash graduated from Harvard where he was captain of the golf team. He deepened his passion for the food industry through a stage working in the kitchen at Alinea, the three Michelin star restaurant in Chicago.
